we buy our ticket there straight, so only need decide on
BIG DATE & auspicious Time.

1. NIGHT SAFARI Admission Ticket Without Tram Ride (Adult) - $ 22
2. NIGHT SAFARI Admission Ticket with Tram Ride (Adult) - $ 32
3. Park Hopper 2-in-1 (Admissions only)- Zoo and Night Safari (Adult) - $ 30
4. Park Hopper 3-in-1 (Admissions only)- Zoo, Night Safari and Bird Park (Adult)
The 3rd & 4th one is extra information for fun !
Main Objective is on Choice one and two.
Think Malaysian pay same price.

Operating Hours:
Park opens from 7:30pm - 12mn daily
Retail shops open from 6:00pm daily
Last admission is at 11.00pm
Tram Ride:
Covering 3.2km, the tram ride takes about 45 minutes to complete,
has live commentary and one stopover at East Lodge.
Each tram ticket is limited to one ride/round within the park.
Starts from 7:30pm.
Animal Show:
7.30pm, 8.30pm, and 9.30pm daily
(weather permitting)

Bad news is most 123 have the most 321 idea what biotechnology is.
Good news is when we tell them what we do, THey LOVE it.
People want finding cures for disease and finding new energy solutions
to be top government priority.
... Call our work unnatural.
BUT we say nothing could be more natural than using our human intelligence
to understand life itself, and to take what it learns from nature language
to reduce human suffering.
Confusion breed fear.
4 Billions year of revolution has taken single cell,
and transform them into human being.
... we literally reach into our body. we pull out our DNA.
we put under the microscope and we look at it.
And from what we learn, we prevent the couple from burrying his child.
And from what we learn, we prevent a man from married 60 years
to walked into kitchen one morning and ask his wife :
"who are you?".
That is what we do.
We use the language of life to fix its mistakes.

Science. is an AMAZING thing.
But the brain of human.
Is far more amazing than anything else.
To "save" ourself from elimination.
We research for cure.
Our knowledge make it possible.
We found create many drugs, treatments, operations.
We bulid many many life-supporting machines.
We can prolong people life.
We can clone out a species.
We can bring out a baby in a mother's womb.
We created miracle.
"Miracles are spontaneous,
they cannot be summoned, but come of themselves"

Tis miracle maybe man-made,
out of the experiments we carried.
Using hundreds, thousands of life,
in exchange.
Instead of focusing "saving" human.
Spread our focus wider & further.
"save" the world instead.
including all living organism on earth.
We may dominant the world now.

But we nid to keep live going.
not only ours. but theirs.

Genetic changes, DNA changes...
this is wad we heard, what we trying to learn.
we all know genetic changes do made a BIG change.
In characteristic expressing.
In how protein fold, how protein synthesis.
In body system functioning.
Alot alot more. many many ...
If only, we understand.
Maybe less suffering in the world?
Sharing one very very rare case genetic change causes : Harlequin Ichthyosis.
This is wad i happened to browse through.
And i never know, it will be so shocking.
when i say shocking, i really mean it.

What is harlequin ichthyosis?
Harlequin ichthyosis is a severe genetic disorder that mainly affects the skin. Infants with this condition are born with very hard, thick skin covering most of their bodies. The skin forms large diamond-shaped plates separated by deep cracks (fissures). These skin abnormalities affect the shape of the eyelids, nose, mouth, and ears, and restrict movement of the arms and legs. Restricted movement of the chest can lead to breathing difficulties and respiratory failure.
The skin normally forms a protective barrier between the body and its surrounding environment. The skin abnormalities associated with harlequin ichthyosis disrupt this barrier, making it more difficult for affected infants to control water loss, regulate their body temperature, and fight infections. Infants with harlequin ichthyosis often experience an excessive loss of fluids from the body (dehydration) and develop life-threatening infections during the newborn period.

TASK :
Create a 'book' in a CD with the title (see below). This is an effort of the whole class, for instance DBS3B21.
For DBT students: "Biosecurity in a Research Laboratory"
Each student is to write a document with the title of the document followed by his/her name. For instance, Introduction to Ethics in a Clinical Laboratory - Goh Tong Hng.
The leader in the class shall arrange them in order and burn into a CD. Hand in to Mr Goh before Quiz 2 of CP2060.
Make sure all in the class cooperate well to write in a uniform format and take note of the flow.

31 July'08 passed. I recieved no design. Thus cancel away the design preview section.
Procceeding on... The class tee will be completed once the next semester starts.
As settled, class tee will be black polo tee with collar.
Majority color for the tee will be black.
There will still be present of some other color but in minimum.
eg : pink, green, brown, blue.
color-wise will nid to further comfirm. cos partially depends on the shop also.
Before i send for printing ( during the vacation )
I will send out email again.
one : to comfirm again who want the class tee ( i know some dun want it )
two : to comfirm the size ( the measurement of the shirt will be sent)
three: to give the narrow range of the price.

For DBT21
This blog is dedicated to an special class made up of different people with unique characters.
This class formed on April 2007 made up of a group of teens aged 17 (majority). Many memories are created by them, for themselves and to those around them. When these memories are recalled, they may be sweet, sour, bitter or salty. Regardless of taste of the memories, they shared a common tasteless memory of a building called T11A. The most difficult part was probably growing up together during their 3 years of education and building their own dreams. Teens with own dreams and have no fear to peruse them in the unpredictable future made them who they are after graduation in 2010.
The new beginning of 2011 marked them as 21 yrs of age. A young adult fighting for their own survival and to fulfill their own dreams. Walking on a new road they chose, they are determined to succeed. Wish them all the best and a day when Dream do come true !
